WHAT FACILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR RATES?

By booking directly with the hotel, our rates always include buffet breakfast, A/C, mini fridge, wi-fi internet, private hotel parking. All taxes and service is also calculated.

IS THERE A RATE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SEA VIEW AND INLAND VIEW ROOMS?

Yes, there is! Sea view rooms are sold in a higher rate.

HOW CAN I ENSURE A SEA VIEW ROOM?

The only way to ensure it is simply by booking such a type of room.

ARE THERE ANY SHOPS, SUPERMARKETS, TAVERNAS IN WALKING DISTANCE? IS THERE ANY BEACH NEARBY?

IS THERE ANY BUS TRANSFER TO THE TOWN? HOW MUCH A TAXI COSTS? IS IT EASY TO WALK TO THE CENTRE?

Yes, there is, although it is not a city bus, it is the one connecting Agios Nikolaos town with Elounda village. The bus stop is 200 meters away from hotel and drives you to the town centre by the lake. Taxi costs 5 euro. Yes, you can walk to the centre, it's 1,5 km. 2/3 of the distance is a "must" to walk next to the sea side...

IS YOUR HOTEL SUITABLE FOR GUESTS WITH WALKING DIFFICULTIES?

Hmm, yes and no. There is a specific room having easy access from the patio right to the parking area. You may see it here!But this is subject to availability - you may always ask. For such a case we provide ground floor rooms, although it is obligatory that guests use some steps. We do not have a lift, although we always help guests with their luggage.

CAN WE ASK FOR A BABY COT IN THE ROOM? ARE THERE ANY CHILDREN FACILITIES?

Yes, you may ask for a baby cot in the room and that is free of charge. We provide a baby chair for the brakfast, you can warm the milk in our kitchen. We do not provide a pool made for little babies. We have a childrens playground.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Small size ones, cats or dogs. If they know how to keep quiet! Please rremember to carry their medical papers with you.

HOW DO I GET THERE FROM THE AIRPORT?

I ARRIVE LATE AT NIGHT. IS IT A PROBLEM? DO I NEED TO INFORM?

No, not at all. We have 24 hours reception. No need to inform prior to check in.

WHAT IS THE CHECK IN TIME? CAN I CHECK IN EARLIER?

The check in time is after 12.00 - officially 14.00 hours. If the previous guests depart early and the room is ready then you may check in earlier.

CAN I EXTEND MY STAY ON THE LAST DAY? - IF NOT, ARE THERE ANY OTHER OPTIONS?

If you want to depart later than 12.00 you need to ask at reception if it is possible to keep the room until you leave the hotel. This depends on availability. There is a supplement for that. Otherwise you may store your luggage by reception and use the shower rooms we provide especially for that reason.
